Appearance: The wine boasts an amber color and medium intensity.
Aroma: We detect a very fresh and fruity aroma, dominated by notes of wild strawberries and dark berries.
Taste: The taste is still somewhat youthful with pronounced fruitiness, but the wine also possesses more substantial notes of ripe figs. Five years of aging in oak barrels has contributed to an elegant flavor and added fine woody aromas.
Finish: The wine pairs excellently with chocolate and cigars and is suitable for aging for at least another decade.
