Appearance: Grapes with the best ripeness parameters are separated from the stems and macerated with the grape skins for 28 days. After controlled fermentation, gentle pressing is carried out. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrique barrels, where it acquires a woody note, structure, and a spicy aroma.
Aroma: The wine reveals the ripeness of plums and dark berries, which gradually develops into the warmth of jam, the scent of leather, and tobacco.
Taste: The wine is extremely smooth, with a pleasant fruity note of red fruit. It has a simple structure with a pleasant freshness.
Finish: The wine is characterized by its softness and gentle fruity note, which nicely intertwines with the woody note and spicy aroma.
