Taste: Harmonious taste where fruit notes of apple distillate intertwine with the characteristic character of olives (mild bitterness and herbal hints), along with a full, lightly nutty sweetness of almonds.
Finish: The distillate is well balanced and aromatic, prepared with a six-month maceration of white olive fruits and Leccino olives as well as almonds in apple distillate.
